We are thrilled to announce that Raphael House of Portland made Oregon Business Magazine’s 1st annual list of 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon! The rankings were based on the confidential input of employees who answered 60 questions about workplace satisfaction on topics such as benefits, management, trust, work environment and development. The survey was voluntary and free of charge, and independently calculated by research partners Davis, Hibbitts and Midghall. More than 200 nonprofits participated and 6,700 employees completed the survey. Rankings within the top 100 list will be announced in late September and published in the October issue of Oregon Business Magazine.
