Domestic violence affects our community in devastating ways. In Oregon, more than 35 people have died as a result of domestic violence since November 2009. And healthcare-related costs of domestic violence exceed $5.8 billion each year in the United States. The good news is, as a business person, you can be part of the solution. The first step is to make sure you have a workplace where employees feel safe and confident accessing resources and support.
