Feeling some COVID burnout? We’ll focus on moving through the difficulties of the pandemic, how it has impacted us on an individual and community level, and building self-care and resiliency strategies.
This class is will be helpful for anyone who feels stressed by things outside of their control, and it’s open to the public. Seats are limited to ensure an interactive learning environment, so register now!
