We are thrilled and honored that Raphael House is part of the Willamette Week Give!Guide again this year! This incredible annual giving campaign offers fun and exciting freebies with every donation, plus the chance to win big prizes.
Every dollar of support enables us to be here when survivors need us most. Together we are helping families end the cycle of violence and build a bright future without abuse.
Special incentives and gift matching:
-Double your impact! Donations of $50+ will be matched by an anonymous donor, up to $8,000. They will also match all gifts from donors ages 35 and under, up to $2,000. (Plus, you could help us win $1,000 for having the most donors of this age group in our category.) Donate now.
-Donations on “Big Give Days” enter you to win prizes. Learn more.
-Every $10+ donor gets great incentives like a pastry at Gluten Free Gem Bakery, chips and salsa from ¿Por Qué No? Taqueria, a day pass to Circuit Bouldering Gym, plus $4,000 in discounts and freebies through the Chinook Book mobile app. Learn more.
The holidays can be especially difficult for women, men, and children who have experienced domestic violence, and COVID-19 has made things even more challenging. With your help, we can bring joy and hope to 115+ families at Raphael House by providing them with gift cards and supplies, while also raising vital funds to ensure our life-saving services are available year round.

WHAT WE NEED:
– $25 Fred Meyer and VISA gift cards, so that parents can pick out the presents that are perfect for their children. These will be delivered to survivors’ homes by our advocates starting December 11, so please try to get them to us by the 10th!
– New, unwrapped items and critical supplies from our wish list to be shared with families.
– Financial donations to support survivors and help ensure they stay safe, healthy, and housed into the new year.
HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT:
1) Donate and get involved yourself. Sign-up here, so we can send you all the details and updates.
2) Sign up to organize a drive with your colleagues, friends, and/or family. We have great tools to support your drive, including Virtual Giving Trees for groups!
3) Help us spread the word and encourage your network to get involved, too.

Location: Tabor Heights United Methodist Church Parking Lot (6161 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR 97215)
As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the health and safety of those in our community, we are currently accepting ONLY the items listed on our Donating Items webpage during regularly scheduled no contact Donation Drop-off events (please note: we do not accept clothes or shoes). These will be held in the parking lot of Tabor Heights United Methodist Church on the 1st Thursday of each month from 11AM-1PM and on the 3rd Thursday from 4-6PM.
Please come to the SE corner part of the lot, closest to the Church’s main entrance. Look for a “Donation Drop-off event” sandwich board sign. When delivering your donations, please leave at least one space between cars. Unload your donations onto one of our black and yellow bins and wait for one of our staff to come by and assist you.
We ask that donors please wear a face mask at all times.
Tax-deductible donation receipts will not be provided at the event, but will be sent at a later date. Please help our staff by contacting Quinn Wilson prior to drop-off, so we know what to expect and can prepare a donation receipt in advance.
We know many of you are seeking ways to support survivors, and we are extremely grateful for the outpouring of love! Please also consider helping Raphael House by contributing to our COVID-19 Response Fund or purchasing items from our Amazon Wish List.
